Karibu Musoma Information Center kwa huduma zifuatazo:- 1) Kwa kutengenezewa design mbalimbali kama za Business card, Vipeperushi, mabango mbalimbali, kadi za Harusi za kisasa zaidi, kadi za mialiko mbalimbali, Vitambulisho vya wanafunzi wa sekondari na katika kampuni mbalimbali ( ID cards) na kadi nyinginezo zenye design ya kuvutia. 2) Kutengenezewa mabango ( Posters) mbalimbali zinazohusu biashara ya mhusika au bidhaa mbalimbali. 3) Kutengenezewa nembo ( LOGO) za kuhusiana kampuni au biashara yako. 4) Tunatengeneza tovuti ( Websites ) zenye kiwango ambacho huwezi amini kama zinatengenezwa musoma, kwa bei nafuu ambayo huwezi ipata kwingine isipo kuwa kwetu. 5) Mwisho tunatoa ushauri na elimu kuhusiana na maswala ya computer.5) Sisi ni watengenezaji wa blog zinazokaa mfumo wa website. kama hii unayoiona.

A Letter from the Executive Director

Dear All,

As Executive Director it is my pressure to welcome you to TANZANIA YOUTH POTENTIALS ASSOCIATION (TYPs-ASSOCIATION)-a growing youth-led Organization with it’s headquarter in Musoma that operates through legal registration number 00NGO/00006304 under the ACT of 2002 in Tanzania. The focus of the organization is to utilize youth’s potentials for their own development, community and state development at large. It also intends to strengthen regional and international interventions towards protection and promotion of the human rights especially to children, youth and women. It works with networking with other partners/ stakeholders and beneficiaries.

The Organization has the mission of striving and inheriting youth and other community groups with various technical capacities eligible to make them be engines for socio-economic growth for individual benefits, societies and the national at large as such to see a community in which women’s and children’s rights are observed and respected by executing mobilization projects eligible to bring positive changes to community through action and participation in collaboration with community and other stakeholders to prevent Gender Based Violence (GBV).

However the organization is dedicated to develop dynamic and entrepreneurial youths who will engage and realize their full potential and that of their community, their country and the world at large and advocating The National Youth Development Policy

UZINDUZI: SIKU 16 ZA KUPINGA UKATILI WA KIJINSIA 2014

Umma wa watanzania wanaharakati wa kupinga vitendo vya Ukatili wa Kijinsia jumanne tarehe 25, Novemba 2014 watazindua kampeni hii kitaifa, kimkoa na maeneo mbalilmbali ya kiutendaji.  Hii ni kampeni ya siku 10 na huzinduliwa tarehe 25, Novemba ya kila mwaka hadi tarehe 10, Desemba.

Kitaifa itazinduliwa pale Viwanja vya Karimjee kuanzia saa 3 asubuhi. Uzinduzi huu utafuatana  na maandamano ya amani yakihamasisha jamii kuachana na Vitendo vya Ukatili wa Kijinsia, kuanzia viwanja vya mnazi mmoja kupitia, barabara ya Morogoro, barabara ya Bibi Titi Mohamed, Ali Hassan Mwinyi,Mtaa wa Ohio, Samora hadi Viwanja vya Karimjee. Yote haya yataanza saa 1:30 asubuhi.

Kauli Mbiu ya mwaka huu ni “FUNGUKA! FICHUA UKATILI WA KIJINSIA KWA AFYA YA JAMII” ,Katika Kiingereza, “OPEN UP! DISCLOSE GENDER BASED VIOLENCE FOR THE HEALTH OF THE COMMINITY”

Kampeni hii kitaifa inaratibiwa na Shirika na WiLDAF kwa kushirikiana na Wadau toka Irish AID na UN Women.

Watanzania tupinge Vitendo vyote vya Ukatili wa Kijinsia, vitendo hivi huongeza mzigo kwa maendeleo ya jinsi zote, familia, jamii husika na taifa kwa ujumla.

AJIRA: VIJANA AMBAO HAWAKUBAHATIKA KUENDELEA NA MASOMO.




Kundi hili ni kundi linalojumuisha vijana wengi zaidi kuliko lile la vijana wasomi. Vijana wengi walioko katika kundi hili ni wale walioko katika ajira zisizo lasmi kama vile; uvuvi, kilimo, kubeba mizigo, ufugaji, machinga, garage, udereva wa magari na pikipiki (Bodaboda), ulinzi, vibarua vya ujenzi, vibarua katika sekta ya madini, migahawa/ vibanda vya lishe na kuchoma chips, saloon, uselemala, vibarua viwandani n.k
1.   Tafsiri Baadhi ya Maneno
Ajira: Ni shughuli yoyote halali (rasmi au isiyo rasmi), inayomwezesha mwananchi kujipatia riziki, mahitaji na kipato cha kuendesha maisha yake, ya familia na pengine kuchangia katika pato la eneo alipo au Taifa.
Kutokuwa na ajira: Ni hali ya kukosa kazi kabisa au nguvukazi iliyopo kutotumika kuzalisha mali au kutoa huduma.
 Kijana: Zipo tafsiri aina mbili;
i)    Kimataifa; Kijana ni mtu mwenye umri wa miaka 15 hadi 24
ii)   Kwa Tanzania ni miaka 15 hadi 35
Sekta isiyo rasmi: Hii ni sekta ambayo si ya shambani wala ofisini, ya kiwango cha chini na ya kujiajiri   inayotumia mtaji na teknolojia ndogo.
Fursa: Ni shughuli za kiuchumi na kijamii au za uzalishaji mali au huduma ambazo hutekelezwa na mtu na kuweza kumpatia kipato halali.

2.   Fursa ya Uvuvi na Uzaji wa Samaki-Kisiwani Lukuba
Sekta ya Uvuvi ni moja ya sekta iliyoajiri vijana wengi hapa Tanzania, Kisiwa cha lukuba ni moja ya Visiwa vilivyoko mkoani Mara chenye fursa kubwa ya ajira ya kujiajiri.
Kisiwa hiki kinatoa fursa nyingi za ajira ya kujiajiri kwa vijana hususani wale ambao hawakubahatika kwendelea na masomo. Fursa za ajira ni uvuvi unaoambatana na usafirishaji, uchakataji, uchuuzi wa samaki na uzalishaji viwandani, ujenzi wa mitumbwi/boti za uvuvi.
Kisiwa hiki kinategemea shughuli ya uvuvi na uuzaji wa samaki hususani samaki aina ya Dagaa na Sangara (Nile perch). Uvuvi katika kisiwa hiki unatoa mchango mkubwa katika kuinua kiwango cha maisha ya vijana hawa, wananchi wa Musoma na nchi kwa ujumla. Hata hivyo, fursa bado ni kubwa kwa wawekezaji wengi kuwekeza katika eneo hili.
Serikali inatakiwa kuongeza juhudi za makusudi kuhakikisha uendelevu wa raslimali ya uvuvi ambayo ni msaada mkubwa kwa taifa. Aidha inatakiwa kuliangalia eneo hili kwa makini ili kuwawezesha vijana hususani kundi hili ambalo halikubahatika kuendelea na masomo yao.

3.   Changamoto ya Jumla Kuhusu Ajira ya Vijana ambao Hawakubahatika Kuendelea na Masomo.
Kundi hili ni kundi linalojumuisha vijana wengi zaidi kuliko lile la vijana wasomi, kwa mtazamo wa haraka kundi hili la vijana ni kama limesahulika.; changamoto zinazolikabili kundi hili ni pamoja na:-
·         Hali ya kutokuwa na fursa ya kushiriki katika uchumi inayosababishwa na uwezo mdogo katika mitaji, ukosefu wa ujuzi na uzoefu wa biashara, pamoja na matatizo yanayohusiana na kutokopesheka.
·         Hali ya kutopata fursa ya kushiriki katika fursa za kiuchumi katika mfumo rasmi
·         Kutopokelewa na jamii katika mtazamo chanya; kunakoleta tafasili kandamizi kwao kama vile tafasiri ya wahuni na watu waliofeli maisha, tafasili ambayo hupelekea vijana hao kuwa hivyo.
·         Uhusiano mdogo wa kundi hili na sekta rasmi, taasisi binafsi na za umma; na Serikali kwa ujumla

4.   Nini Kifanyike
Wadau wote wa maendeleo ya vijana (serikali, jamii, sekta binafsi, Asasi za kijamii, familia na vijana wenyewe) kuwa karibu sana na kundi hili kama walezi na walimu; na kutekeleza wajibu huu ipasavyo

Vijana kuchangamkia fursa na kuzitumia ipasavyo katika kuwekeza na kuzalisha (Saving and Production). Ogopeni semi kama vile: Tumia pesa ikuzoee, elfu moja haijengi, raha jipe mwenyewe, kula ujana maisha yenyewe mafupi n.k

Maeneo haya yenye kuwaajiri vijana walioko katika kundi hili, yakipewa kipaumbile na kutengenezwa kuwa mazingira rafiki ya kujiajiri yatapunguza kwa kiasi kikubwa kero ya ajira kwa vijana na taifa kwa ujumla.
